Igor Basov has spent his career working in international security, operating in some of the world’s most complex and high-risk environments. With a deep commitment to global security, Igor has led numerous security operations across Mexico, the USA, and Europe, with particular expertise in Ukraine and Israel.

Igor speaks five languages, allowing him to navigate diverse international landscapes easily. His career has included close collaboration with high-profile figures, A-list celebrities, and government agencies, delivering dignitary security and executive protection at the highest levels. He has also led complicated security operations in critical areas around the world.

With over 17 years of private-sector experience, Adi Hai-Zion has a proven track record of managing VIP, corporate, and high-net-worth security operations. He is known for his leadership in overseeing international security teams and coordinating operations for high-profile individuals and events around the globe.

  • Led security teams for top-tier celebrities and high-net-worth families in Miami and internationally.
  • Former Staff Sergeant in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) Paratrooper and Counter-Terrorism Unit.
  • Awarded the Israeli Medal of Valor, Israel’s highest military honor for bravery.
  • Extensive expertise in recruitment, training, and management of large security teams.
Daniel Gofman

Daniel Gofman Director of Operations

Daniel Gofman is a seasoned security professional with more than 17 years of experience in operational security across the globe. He is a veteran of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), where he served as a combat unit commander, and later worked as a special agent for the Israeli Security Agency (Shin Bet).

  • Currently serving as the Head Security Officer for a leading Hotels & Resorts Executive, overseeing both local operations in Mexico and global security initiatives, including the training and management of over 30 security personnel.
  • Managed complex security and intelligence operations in some of the most challenging environments worldwide.
  • Trained and established elite security units in Africa, Asia, and South America.
  • Extensive undercover and operational work, ensuring the highest level of strategic and tactical expertise.
Olga Dovhanyuk

Olga Dovhanyuk Office Operations Manager

Olga Dovhanyuk is an accomplished professional with a background in IT Auditing and Cybersecurity, having most-recently served as a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young (EY) in New York and New Jersey. At EY, Olga led critical data privacy engagements (IT audits), and conducted in-depth security and penetration assessments (IT audits) across various sectors, with focus on Pharmaceutical/Healthcare and Technology clients.

  • Holds a double major in Finance and Economics (3.98/4.00 GPA)
  • Previous experience includes four years as Office Manager at RE/MAX Diamond Realtors for top-performing Realtor Broker in New Jersey; 1 year as Logistics HR Manager for US-based Transportation Company and intern at Bloomberg, Morgan Stanley, Johnson & Johnson.
  • Fluent in English, Ukrainian, Russian, and conversational in Spanish.

Since joining Voyager Solutions in February 2023, Olga has seamlessly transitioned into managing the operational aspects of security missions for A-list celebrities, government officials, and high-net-worth individuals. She is responsible for overseeing a diverse network of personnel, including security agents, drivers, investigators, and cybersecurity specialists.
